Google acknowledges their visualization of passages in the SERPs wasn't the best way to communicate the change... we just wish they'd have thought about this BEFORE releasing it, and not AFTER. Had been struggling with a brand campaign in Bing for a fairly large brand & was about to abandon bing altogether for them (it used to be a very profitable platform). Direct ROAS had gone from the 90s to 2 while cpcs had increased from $.45 to $1.02 & IS went from 80 to 55%.
