I've got a keyword with a click that cost $141 out of the blue, and it's not showing up in the SQR. Ridiculous that Google will charge that much for a SINGLE click and not show us.

One thing strikes me from working on both the US and European search markets:
You can spend hundreds of thousands of dollars a year solely on branded Search - in the US.
