It’s also harder (literally, legally) to fire a poor-performing employee than a poor performing agency. I have to assume that is part (certainly not all) of the mix. That’s certainly abused with agency hoppers, but the benefit of it is real for that reason as well. #ppcchat

I don't know who needs to see this but I've only just noticed that there are Campaign-level columns in Google Ads for how campaigns are setup.
There are columns for the number of eligible:
